Vinkl AS is planning redevelopment and zoning of a central urban block in Ski town center between Idrettsveien and Parkaksen.
The existing buildings along Idrettsveien and the former hotel building will be rehabilitated, while a new tower building and office building are planned on the northern side of the block.
Geoteknia AS is engaged as geotechnical consultant (RIG) in connection with the zoning plan process. The project is a FutureBuilt development, and concept alternatives have been evaluated based on climate accounting in collaboration with Veidekke.
In addition, we have planned and carried out ground investigations together with subcontractors.
