STOVNER TORG – FUTUREBUILT

Geoteknia AS is engaged as geotechnical consultant in the residential development project at Stovner, developed by T27 Andeler AS. The project follows FutureBuilt principles and forms part of Oslo Municipality’s contribution to the Reinventing Cities / C40 Cities initiative.

Geoteknia has assisted with planning and execution of ground investigations as well as geotechnical design from concept design through preliminary design phase.

In addition, we followed up the initial phase involving filling works and preparation of the site for new residential buildings, where reuse of materials – including crushed concrete – forms part of the project’s climate-focused strategy.

From February 2026, the detailed design phase will commence, where Geoteknia is engaged as geotechnical consultant (RIG) by Seby under a design-build contract.
