The new extension (infill development within the courtyard) consists of 8 and partially 9 storeys including a rooftop terrace above the existing basement. The building volume is positioned adjacent to the neighboring property in Rosenkrantzgate within an existing “niche”, ensuring that the access road within the courtyard remains unaffected.
The extension is planned to be founded on end-bearing steel core piles to bedrock. Foundation works are located in close proximity to neighboring buildings.
