In connection with the development of Skjønhaugtunet Phase 3 in Gjerdrum Municipality, Geoteknia AS has been engaged as geotechnical consultant (RIG) for the design-build contractor ØMF Romerike Kongsvinger AS.
The project consists of a combined residential and commercial building with five storeys above a basement level containing parking and technical rooms.
Geoteknia has assisted with detailed geotechnical design for the project, focusing on robust and buildable geotechnical solutions. Skjønhaugtunet is being developed in stages, where phases 1 and 2 have already been completed.
