Geoteknia is engaged in connection with a zoning plan related to the development of a residential area in Jessheim, Ullensaker Municipality.
The assignment includes assessment of fill placement along a stream as well as area stability evaluations for the planning area in accordance with NVE Guideline 1/2019.
Based on topography and the presence of brittle failure soil materials / quick clay, it has been concluded that parts of the development area intended for residential purposes are located within two hazard zones for quick clay landslides.
