Geoteknia er engasjert i forbindelse med reguleringsplan tilknyttet utvikling av boligfelt på Jessheim i Ullensaker kommune. Utført vurdering av fylling langs bekk samt utredning av områdestabilitet for planområdet i henhold til NVE veileder 1/2019. På bakgrunn av topografiske forhold og forekomst av sprøbruddmateriale/kvikkleire, konkluderes det at deler av planområdet som reguleres til boligformål ligger innenfor to faresoner for områdeskred.
